What a comforting Saturday morning. I watched Ms. Netrebko and I thought, these other two will top this. The recording of her voice was extraordinary, but the live audience . . . . She dangled their souls on a string. They knew they had been present for something magical. I was surprised to find I liked Pavarotti more. They lyric subtitles and his amazing voice, very simple but powerful words. The Barber disappointed me after those two lol. Perhaps another time. Thank you, Vitaliy.
Pavarotti with a microphone was not as exciting as I expect. But Netrebko….wow, again !
