Mendelssohn Piano Concerto No. 1 – 2nd Movement

Mendelssohn premiered it himself in Munich on October 17, 1831, to rapturous applause, dedicating it to pianist Delphine von Schauroth. It’s Mendelssohn at his most vibrant — effervescent, poetic, and impossible to resist.
